Following the first 4 steps you should invoke,
under the management of your co-ordinator, a program of regular
exercise, especially that which challenges the proprioceptors in
the cervical spine. The cervical spine is laden with proprioception
and provides your brain with significant positional feedback. Interruptions
to these feedback signals are responsible for incorrect positional
data being sent back to the brain. This incorrect data manifests
itself as dizziness and other balance problems. Rehabilitation
of the muscles as in step 4 will assist in the restoration of your
proprioceptive capabilities.
