My Brief Story
Brief Story:  In the summer of 2002, I started having daily headaches. I attributed them to my stressful job and light sensitivity. I then started getting occasional migraines. For those who have not experienced migraines, I can only hope that you never do. I would go home, take a handful of Aleve, go into the bedroom, turn off the lights, and lock the dog (and the husband) out. The slightest sound felt like a knife to the back of my skull.

I started chiropractic school. I was getting diversified adjustments in the fall of 2003, and (much to my dismay) my headaches and migraines became more frequent. I decided to go to a local Blair seminar, because I knew there had to be more to chiropractic than this (after all I had already chosen it as my future profession). I actually got a migraine during that seminar. I got my x-rays taken the next Monday.

Now for the good news. Since my first Blair adjustment in November 2003, I have not had a single migraine. This has improved my life (not to mention, my marriage) immensely. Plus, I only get headaches when my atlas has gone out of alignment. In fact, I have not even had a single headache in over two months.

I will be a Blair patient (and future doctor) for the rest of my life. I believe this customized approach to the upper cervical complex is a crucial step in the overall chiropractic treatment.
