A couple of days before I was scheduled for surgery on my neck, a friend persuaded me attend a presentation by Dr. Goodman at the Institute and thank God for that! After a couple of weeks of adjustments, I was able to stop taking pain medication, include some regular activities, and to sleep better.
I continue to get adjustments every three months, but may be able to extend it soon, because l feel great.
