My sister, Patsy Spencer, told me about Brooks Spinal Care. She knew how long I had suffered with Fibromyalgia. I had tried everything to feel better for 27 years. Vitamins, herbals, massage therapy, all the heating pads, pain medications, muscle relaxers…you name it, I tried it and nothing worked for long, if at all. I went to the Mayo Clinic twice!.
When I came to see Dr. Hanson, both of my feet were numb. I had pressure at the base of my skull and neck. Burning pain all over, stiffness and tenderness all over my body. I hurt all the way to the bone. I suspected cancer. There are not enough words to describe this pain! But if you have Fibromyalgia or Chronic Fatigue, you probably know the level of pain I felt.
I came to Brooks Spinal Care on November 8, 2001. The first day, I hoped beyond hope. Dr. Hanson took the x-rays and gave me my first correction and getting up and down was easier and my knees didn’t hurt as much. That was a good sign. But by the second and third corrections, I was 75% better!
Dr. Hanson has taught me how to tell when my spine is out of alignment, so I come to see him when I need him. I am happy to say that I have more energy, no burning pain, and less tenderness. Over all, I am better in every area and my life is back to what I can call normal…and I love each day!
