Re: Your abstract submitted for the Sixth International Symposium on Meniere’s Disease and Inner Ear Disorders entitled: "Cervical Specific Protocol and Results for 300 Meniere's Patients"
We are pleased to inform you that approximately 300 papers will be presented from all over the world, and that your abstract has been accepted. We sincerely appreciate your contribution and would like to ask you to prepare your presentation referring to the followings.
Name of session : Podium session “Novel treatment of inner ear diseases”
Date of your presentation: November 16 (Tue.), 2010, morning
Presentation time: 15 minutes including 3-minute discussion time
All Podium presentation must be made in the form of a PC presentation. Only LCD projection will be available, and no 35 mm slide projectors, overhead projectors or TV/VCR displays will be provided.
All speakers are requested to bring in their presentation date in CD-ROM or USB-memory stick, or their own laptop computers. The Secretariat will provide computers with Japanese Windows XP and with Microsoft Power Point 2003/2007. “Sound” is not available. “Mac user or if you intend to use video in your presentation, please bring your own computer. You must have a D-sub 15-pin output. For details, please refer to "Instructions for speakers", which will be released on the web site (URL: www.acplan.jp/meniere2010/) in September 2010.
The program of oral and poster sessions will be released on our web site in early September 2010. Please refer to that for details of the program. The printed programs will not be sent to you in advance, but they will be distributed at the Symposium site.
If you have not registered yet, please do so as soon as possible. Early registration fee will be applied until August 31, 2010. Please also apply for hotel reservation and social programs as the Symposium will take place in a high season for sightseeing.
