I have spent thousands of dollars investigating upper cervical chiropractic, and wasted tens of thousands on what I call mainstream medical solutions(!), trying to get myself better. The investment in upper cervical chiropractic has been for me, from a health perspective, a worthwhile outlay of my time and money. My gift back to the profession for giving me my life back is my website and my desire to promote upper cervical chiropractic. I have kindly been offered donations to keep my site running and to enhance its content; however I do not wish to accept them and certainly will not be touting for them. If you wish to donate I would prefer that you donate to upper cervical chiropractic research. You choose which organization suits your objectives, philosophies and requirements. For those who are naturally cynical, the reasons I am selling products through my website are as follows. There are no other reasons!

1. To allocate funds towards upper cervical chiropractic research.
2. To help pay for the maintenance of the site, which involves paying my web designers to improve and update the site.
3. Purchasing and sometimes translating research materials. Translation of papers from foreign languages can be quite expensive.

Point number 1 is very important to me. I am absolutely certain that well directed research funds will reveal upper cervical chiropractic for what it is; a simply amazing approach to wellness which MUST be included as part of any personal wellness/health plans. Sadly this is not the case today.

Shipping Duration, Pricing and Billing Policy
Products will be shipped from Australia by Australia Post. International orders are shipped economy air, please allow up to 28 days for delivery. In Australia shipment is via standard mail, please allow 7-10 days for delivery. For emergency shipments or for corporate orders, please contact us at orders@upcspine.com for shipment cost and availability.

Prices are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) not including GST (Goods and Services Tax) and freight. If applicable Australian customers will be charged the prices quoted plus freight plus 10% GST. International customers will be charged prices quoted plus freight. International customers please note: All quoted prices for product on this site are charged in Australian dollars (AUD) and will be translated into your currency by your credit card provider according to their foreign exchange policies. The name of the billing company on your credit card statement for purchases made at www.upcspine.com will be 'Natural Health Sciences'. Your credit card will not be charged until the products are available and ready to be sent.

Guarantees and Warranty
We warrant to the original purchaser that our products are free from defects in material and workmanship for the period of 90 days from the date of the original purchase. This Limited Warranty shall be non-transferable.
If any defects in materials or workmanship in a product we have sold are identified and notified to us within the warranty period then we will, at our option, either

• Repair or replace the product, or
• Refund your money and take back the product.

Our liability under the Warranty is subject to us being satisfied that a defect was caused by defective workmanship or materials, and was not caused by or substantially contributed to by other factors, or circumstances beyond our control, including (but not limited to) normal wear and tear, alteration or modification of the product or any neglect, misuse or excessive use.

Natural Health Sciences does not accept any liability beyond this, and does not accept any liability or damages for consequential loss. This Warranty does not extend to, and we are not liable for, any damage to articles to which a product is attached or with which it is used, or for the consequences of a product being used for any purpose for which it has not been designed or for which its use is not recommended by our designers and manufacturers.

No person, party or corporate entity other than a Natural Health Sciences authorized person shall have the right to determine whether or not this Limited Warranty is applicable to any Natural Health Sciences product or to authorize any action whatsoever under the terms and conditions of this Limited Warranty or to assume any obligation or liability of any nature whatsoever on behalf of Natural Health Sciences under the terms and conditions of this Limited Warranty.

Statutory Warranties
We exclude from our contract with you all of the terms, conditions and warranties which are implied by statute or by the general law in contracts for the supply of goods and services, to the extent that their exclusion is permitted by law.

We will only accept returns that have been authorised by our company or a company representative in advance and are accompanied by a copy of your original purchase receipt or sales docket.

In the event of wrong product supplied by us to you, product damaged in transit to you, you must notify us within 48 hours of your delivery time that you wish to return a product you have purchased.

In the event of faulty products you must notify us within 30 days of your delivery date. It is essential that as soon as you become aware that a product is faulty that you cease using it immediately and contact us.

The authorisation required for a return will be an official authorisation number. This number can be obtained by contacting us by e-mail at customerservice@upcspine.com. When you contact us, we will provide you with the official authorisation number and the appropriate delivery return address. The cost of the freight associated with the return will be your responsibility. We will not accept any returns to any delivery address other than the delivery address specified by us. This will be advised when you contact us.

It is essential that all goods returned to us as an authorized return be in exactly the same brand new condition that they were sent to you. This includes the original packaging of the product.
